legowin Terms and Conditions for Platform Use

1. Definitions and Acceptance of Terms

In this document, "legowin", "we", "platform" or "website" refers to the online gambling platform operating under the domain legowin.onl. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any individual who accesses, registers or uses the services provided by legowin.

"Account" means a user account legitimately registered through the official legowin registration process. "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds held in a user's account at any given time. 2.1 Eligibility Requirements

• Users must be 21 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• Each user is only permitted to register one account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts concerned.
• Users must use their full name exactly as it appears on a valid identification document (MyKad or passport).
• The bank account or e-wallet registered must be in the user's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Users are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their respective accounts.

2.2 Password Security

Users are required to set a strong password and keep it confidential. legowin will never request a user's password through any communication channel. If a user suspects their account has been accessed without authorisation, this must be reported to the legowin support team immediately.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

legowin supports a range of payment methods suited to Malaysian users. All financial transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) except for cryptocurrency transactions.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

legowin offers a welcome bonus of 150% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM500. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount received. For example, if you deposit RM100, the bonus received is RM150, making your balance RM250. You need to place bets totalling RM150 × 25 = RM3,750 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. For a deposit of RM800, the maximum bonus of RM500 will be given, making the balance RM1,300. The wagering requirement in this case is RM500 × 25 = RM12,500.

4.2 VIP Programme and Cashback

Active legowin members are eligible to join the VIP programme, which offers weekly cashback based on membership level. There are three VIP levels: Bronze with cashback of up to 0.3% per week, Silver with cashback of up to 0.7% per week, and Gold with cashback of up to 1.0% per week. Progression to a higher level depends on the user's activity and loyalty on the platform.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• legowin reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of abuse or misuse.
• Promotions may change or be discontinued at any time without prior notice.
• Each promotion has its own validity period and terms, stated separately.

5. Game Rules and Platform Usage

The legowin platform offers various game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, arcade games, and other options. Each game category may have its own rules that users are required to follow.

5.1 Accepted User Conduct

• Users are required to place bets using their own personal account only.
• The use of any automation software, bots, or third-party tools to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion between players to exploit the game system is a serious violation of these terms.
• Users are responsible for ensuring their participation in games complies with applicable local laws.

5.2 Technical Failures

legowin is not responsible for any technical disruptions that occur outside our control, including issues with a user's internet connection, payment service provider disruptions, or user equipment failure. In the event of a technical disruption originating from the legowin system, the platform reserves the right to cancel or adjust affected transactions at the administrator's discretion.

5.3 Sports Betting

All confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except under specifically stated circumstances. Bets on postponed or cancelled events will be refunded in accordance with the respective sports policy.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure
